Poly Top Seal CSx-2O Special (ST-2O) is a unique waterborne, non-flammable polysiloxane/Teflon penetrating sealer. Poly Top Seal CSx-2O Special is a engineered formulation using more Teflon for special condition like truck and train wash racks, specialized automotive and large engine shops where floors must take extreme pollution or abrasion. It is also excellent for use in fertilizer plants and warehouses or used where serious acid spills may be present as all pollutants are held on the surface for easy and rapid clean up. It is specifically designed for heavy equipment and truck maintenance areas.

Poly Top Seal CSx-2O Special will protect against moisture intrusion as well as oils, grease and a variety of solvents. Poly Top Seal CSx-2O Special is a highly cost effective option to urethane or epoxy deck coatings plus it will not peel, blister or detach like most topical coatings. It is a penetrating system that is not susceptible to U.V. degradation.

TECHNOLOGY: The Poly Top Seal CSx-2O Special SYSTEM utilizes unique polysiloxanes coupled with proprietary technologies to provide high performance products that are environmentally safe. Poly Top Seal CSx-2O Special is a highly reactive, cross-linked polysiloxane / Teflon formulation that is capable of penetration rates ¼"- 1 ½" into the concrete. The formula attaches itself to the substrate particles by electrochemical means. During the curing process the system reacts with certain elements in the concrete to form a subsurface vapor permeable elastomeric membrane. The membrane allows the treated matter to breathe normally while impeding contaminants from spreading, wetting and absorption through capillary channeling. Poly Top Seal CSx-2O Special may increase the slip coefficient when applied on steel trowel finished surfaces.
